The Vision of the Cascadia Wind Ensemble is:
- to be a leader in musical performance with strong ties to the community and a commitment to share the gift of music with its members and audiences
- to promote a concert band repertoire and the concept of the community concert band
- to make a substantial contribution to cultural life in the Fraser Valley
- to perform a wide variety of high quality repertoire at a high level
- to present concerts and participate in festivals and community events
- to provide a creative outlet for dedicated and skilled adults and youth musicians who wish to develop and excel at their craft through rehearsal and performance
